Return Policy

Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Return an Item

  • Email our customer service team at support@zyistudios.com with your order number, name, address and reason for return.

  • Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible.

  • Instructions for return will be sent to you via email confirmation

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong item. In these cases, we will cover shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item rather than request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@zyistudios.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  • Specify the replacement item you would like (including size, colour, or other relevant details).

  • Return the original item following our standard return shipping procedure.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your exchange. If the new item has a different price:

  • If the replacement item costs more, we will contact you regarding payment of the difference.

  • If the replacement item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your desired replacement is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or offer a full refund.

For international customers, exchanges may involve additional shipping costs and customs charges. Our customer service team can provide more information based on your specific location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photographs of the damage before authorising a return.

Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are eligible for return under the same conditions as regularly priced items, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale".

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. These include:

  • Personal care items that have been opened

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Digital products or software that has been downloaded

  • Gift cards

Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers who purchase items online or by phone have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
