W.E.B. Du Bois' The Georgia Negro: A Social Study is a comprehensive sociological study of African Americans in Georgia in the early 1900s. It uses diagrams, maps and other materials to show disparities between African American and white communities, and economic stability created by African Americans despite obstacles.
